Forum activities will begin at 5:45 pm on Sunday, May 5 (registration from 4 to 5:45 pm) and conclude at 3:00 pm on Tuesday, May 7. All activities will be at the Hyatt Regency Reston.
We have reserved a block of rooms at the hotel. Rates are $204 per night. CBMS will directly cover Sunday and Monday nights hotel for 6 people per state team with the hotel. These nights will be excluded from your bill. The remaining nights or extra team members are your responsibility. Our hotel room block is closed.
The closest airport is Dulles International Airport. There is a complimentary shuttle between the hotel and the airport, picking up on the hour. Text the keyword “SHUTTLE” to 703-991-2117 when you arrive at the airport. The hotel is located adjacent to Reston Town Center, which has dozens of restaurants and shops within walking distance.
Sunday will feature a heavy hors d’oeuvres reception, and on Monday and Tuesday breakfast and lunch will be provided. Dinner on both Monday and Tuesday will be on your own. Meals provided at the Forum will be for all 8 team members; there will be no additional registration or meal charges for state teams.
Other travel expenses (air, taxi, parking, and extra meals) are the responsibility of the team.

The day before the Forum, Saturday, May 4, 2019, is the biennial National Math Festival, held at the Washington, DC, Convention Center. Those coming to the Forum are strongly encouraged to take in this day of mathematics for all.
